Tips and Tricks

Over the years, at various support group meetings and on-line postings, we have heard many "tips and tricks" for dealing with Carcinoid. The starter was probably MaryAnn Hicks "My 11 Point Startup List". That went on to Cynthia Marrs' " Things I've Learned or Remembered Since My Diagnosis "

Since then we have expanded this list to include various topics. We wish it were possible to thank each person who has contributed to this compilation. To make navigation easier, we have broken things into categories. They are on separate pages to make it easier scan through and to print out. We have also added a section on starting a support group, with ideas for getting a group going in your area.

Please keep in mind that these are not necessarily medical opinions and before doing anything, you should consult a knowledgeable Carcinoid specialist.
