The Metro New York Carcinoid Support Group
is offering
"Carcinoid Awareness Pins"
for sale.

The pins are nickel - plated, white and black zebra-striped enamel and one inch high. There are very nicely made. We are offering them for individual sale at $3.00 each, or two for $5.00 (US Funds). Domestic postage is included in the price.

Any support group that wishes to order them from us in bulk will be charged at our bulk rate. The more pins ordered, the cheaper the price per pin. Please have your group leader contact us.

For those who wish to place bulk orders and do not have a support group in their area, we are offering 25 pins for $40.00 and 50 pins for $75.00 (postage paid). If you have a support group in your area we request you support them by purchasing pins through them. Thank you for your understanding.
